“Ew!” Taylor Swift and Jimmy Fallon Channel Their Inner Tweens (Complete with Braces!)

Well, this is quite a different look from her appearances at the Teen Choice Awards and The Giver premiere! Taylor Swift, who has been making the rounds promoting the upcoming movie this week (and looking downright fab doing it), rocked a vastly new look when she participated in the “Ew!” sketch with Jimmy Fallon during her Wednesday visit to The Tonight Show.

The singer-actress officially joined the prestigious ranks of Channing Tatum, Zac Efron, and even First Lady Michelle Obama for the hilarious segment, in which Fallon plays a very outspoken tween named Sara who hosts a show from the comfort of her basement.  Swift played Natalie, a nervous and adorably nerdy new guest who wears three ponytails and invents new mythical creatures like a pegacorn (that’s a unicorn and a pegasus, FYI).

While you might not immediately recognize the typically glamorous Swift in the sketch, you definitely won’t be able to miss that excellent “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” reference they snuck in there. Check out the delightfully dorky Swift here:

Love at First Site: Where Hollywood’s Hottest Tomboys Get Their Fashion Fix

While it’s tempting to pillage the menswear market for comfy clothes, it can be a difficult area for a woman to navigate (and to find that fitted-but-relaxed pair of boyfriend jeans or perfectly oversized button-down) for her own wardrobe. After noticing a lack of menswear options in the women’s ready-to-wear market, Wildfang heeded the call.

Say Cheese! Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep Are All Smiles at the Premiere of Their Film, August: Osage County in L.A.

Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep were all smiles at the L.A. premiere of their new film, August: Osage County and they sure had reason to. Not only are the two leading ladies nominated for a Golden Globe (Streep for Best Actress and Roberts for Best Supporting Actress), but they also received both SAG and Critics’ Choice Movie Awards nods, including Best Ensemble nominations for the film’s cast featuring a roster of Hollywood’s biggest names—including Ewan McGregor, Dermot Mulroney, Benedict Cumberbatch, Juliette Lewis, Julianne Nicholson, and more.

Back in September, InStyle caught up with Nicholson during the Toronto International Film Festival, where she spoke candidly about working with the big cast. “Everybody is so lovely and funny and it was that way immediately,” she said. “It probably started with Julia and her openness and excitement about doing the movie.” The cast brings Tracy Letts’ Pulitzer Prize-winning play onto the big screen, which is based on a trio of sisters (Roberts, Lewis, and Nicholson), who reunite at their Oklahoma home with their dysfunctional mother (Streep) due to a family crisis, and what follows is a touching, comedic story about family. The film opens in theaters everywhere on December 25th.
